Under the ADA, a service dog is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability.

We offer owner/self-training service dog training customized to teach clients to train their own dogs to be their service dogs. Training your own service dog is an in-depth process requiring discipline, time and commitment.

To be accepted into this training program your dog must have completed basic obedience training, has had no temperament issues, and no unresolved behavioral issues.
